Enrollment Process
1️⃣ Complete the School Application
Families must fill out and submit the official Pathway Academy High School Application Form.
The application must include accurate contact information and student details.
2️⃣ Submit Middle School Academic Records
Applicants must provide complete academic records from grades 6–8.
Records should include report cards or transcripts showing academic performance, attendance, and any disciplinary history.
3️⃣ Provide One Letter of Recommendation
A Letter of Recommendation is required and must be completed on the school-provided form.
This letter should be written by a middle school teacher, counselor, or principal familiar with the student’s character and academic potential.
4️⃣ Schedule and Attend an Entrance Interview
Families must schedule an in-person entrance interview through the admissions office.
The interview will include the student and at least one parent/guardian.
During the interview, school staff will learn about the student’s interests, goals, and discuss the Pathway Academy Student Handbook requirements.
5️⃣ Freshmen Induction & Enrollment Completion
Upon acceptance, students will participate in the Freshmen Induction program, which formally welcomes them to Pathway Academy High School.
After induction, students will receive:
Their assigned Academic Advisor
Pathway Academy student email account
Personalized class schedule for the upcoming semester
